What is your vision for 2009? Have you looked at what worked and didn’t work in 2008? What dreams did you make come true and what ones did you push to the back burner? It’s been said, “Yesterday is history today is the present” . . . so move past yesterday and make this day count.

Each year I create a new vision for the coming year. A vision differs from a resolution in that it goes deeper, see’s farther and isn’t designed on a whim. It comes from the heart so guess you better first konw what you really, really love to do. I was so proud to look at my 2008 vision and see most of it came true, right down to putting new flooring in our living room. The picture of the laminate has been hung on our dream board(the other tool you’ll need) for 2 years because it was going to cost too much. But then the universe provided through Freecycle online when someone gave away damaged wood . . . just enough to do the living room in time for the tree to go up.

My husband and I each write one up and toast the New Year in with it, then we post it on our fridge and I put mine in my journal so I can refer to it often. Folks, I’m living proof it along with a dream board, journalling and putting my dreams out there really works.

I challenge you to stop what you’re doing and buy yourself some quiet time to create your Vision 2009. Let me know how it goes or if you need inspiration. All you need is hope, passion for what you love to do, faith, but what you don’t need is a lot of money. Miracles will appear as you move forward.
